"Terrible Experience with Female Inspectors at Qassim Station"
I had a very bad experience at Qassim station. The female inspectors were extremely rude and unprofessional. They even took items from my purse that were not prohibited, and when I tried to reason with them, they refused to cooperate. I didn’t have time to argue, so I just let them take it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable — very poor customer service! 👎🏻
"Reliable Service but Book Early!"
The buses are always on time, which makes traveling very convenient and stress-free. However, it’s important to book your ticket early, ideally at least a week in advance. Based on my experience, I once ran out of seats when I booked a day before Eid — probably due to the high demand. Overall, it’s a dependable service, just make sure to plan ahead!
"Nice Station but Poor Staff Attitude"
The station itself is really nice, clean, and comfortable — but the location isn’t great 🤕. What really ruined the experience was the rude hostess at the station. She was giving orders instead of polite instructions 😅, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. A little training on customer interaction would make a big difference!

It’s still the early days for train travel in Saudi Arabia, but things are looking very positive. The journey felt safe, secure, and comfortable, showing great potential for the country’s transport future. Hopefully, the network will expand to connect all major destinations soon — it would make travel across the Kingdom even more convenient and enjoyable!
"Unhelpful Staff and Inflexible Ticket Policy"
The staff were not helpful at all, and I was surprised to learn that you cannot buy a ticket at the counter if it’s less than 30 minutes before departure. This policy is very inconvenient, especially for travelers who arrive early but just miss the time window. It would be much better if the company allowed last-minute purchases or at least offered assistance to help passengers catch the next available trip.

Overall, it was a good and nice experience — smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. The service met expectations, and everything ran efficiently. Definitely a travel option worth recommending for those who value comfort and reliability.
