"Ineffective Organization – Unhelpful and Dismissive"

Absolutely pointless organization. I’ve used their service twice, and both times it was a complete waste of time. I raised concerns about anti-social behavior and fare evasion, but it felt like my complaints didn’t matter. The first response I received was rude and dismissive, and when I requested a review of the decision, I was ignored. This charity is supposed to ensure safe travel and fair treatment, but in reality, it fails to deliver on either promise.
