"Great Hotel – Amazing Staff – Close to Everything"
Our recent stay at the Sea Life Family Resort Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the attentive and accommodating staff made all the difference—they were easily the highlight of our trip. We traveled with my elderly father-in-law, and while we thoroughly enjoyed the resort, the split-level design posed some challenges for him. The restrooms on the main floor would be a great addition, as the current facilities require navigating a steep marble staircase. I often accompanied him to prevent any accidents, as ascending the stairs was also difficult for him due to limited upper body strength and the reliance on handrails. The room balconies were another minor concern—they’re quite small, only comfortably fitting one person. Expanding balcony space for most rooms seems possible and would really enhance the in-room experience for guests. That said, everything else was excellent. The food was delicious, the pools were spotless, and the resort was beautifully maintained. A special thank you to Mert, Gülșen, and Diana at the bar for their outstanding service—their teamwork ensured we were always well cared for. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return. I highly recommend this resort for families and anyone looking for a great stay in the Konyaaltı area.

The hotel felt overcrowded during our stay. While the food was okay, there was very little for children to do. Although there is a kids’ club, it’s geared more towards older kids and comes at an additional hourly cost, which was frustrating for an “all-inclusive” resort. We were so disappointed with the lack of family-friendly options that we ended up taking our children to the Land of Legends for entertainment instead. Also, the “all-inclusive” offering is misleading—it really only covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
"Unfortunately more expected…"
While the hotel boasts a marble-clad lobby and a spacious lounge with a bar, these are the only features that reflect its supposed 5-star status. Beyond this, the overall experience feels closer to a 4-star standard. In the standard room, which had two beds, only one lucky guest was provided with a bedside table. When we requested a second, we were told this was the “standard design.” The closet offered just one small section for hangers (only three were provided for two people, though more were given upon request). There were virtually no shelves, making it impossible to store clothes properly. The bathroom was narrow and could accommodate only one person at a time. Access to the beach requires walking through a tunnel, parts of which are so low that guests must bend down. At the beach, many umbrellas were old with rusty poles, and there was no restroom—guests must return through the tunnel to use the hotel facilities. The food in the restaurant was modest in taste and variety. Fish options were minimal (sometimes just one type) despite the hotel’s seaside location, and meat was often tough. Beverage areas were poorly organized, with ceramic mugs available in only one section while others used paper cups. There were no teaspoons—only wooden sticks, which felt far from 5-star standards. On the positive side, the sauna was a welcome amenity, though the showers and sanitary facilities needed urgent repairs. The staff deserves praise—they were polite, friendly, and attentive. Restaurant waiters worked hard to clear tables promptly, and bar service was excellent, with a wide selection of drinks available on request. The entertainment team was active and occasionally put on enjoyable evening shows. The aquariums in the lobby and restaurant added a nice touch, and the seaside location offered clean water and a lovely promenade for evening walks.
"Vacances"
The hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional cleanliness and very friendly reception staff, who made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The buffet was varied and delicious, offering plenty of tasty options to suit all preferences. The atmosphere throughout the property was very pleasant and relaxing, and we loved how close it was to the sea — such a perfect location! If there’s one small downside, it would be the evening music, which felt a little too loud and repetitive at times. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. 😀
"Hotel in a good location"
The hotel’s location is excellent, with a beautiful beach promenade nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is safely accessible through a tunnel, although it’s worth noting there are two large pipes running through it. There are plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and around the pool, which is a big plus. Our room was always very clean, which we really appreciated. However, there are some downsides: The food selection is limited and lacks proper seasoning. While some staff are friendly, the reception team could be more welcoming. For a hotel promoting sustainability, it was disappointing to see so much reliance on disposable cups throughout the property. Overall, the stay was okay, but with a few improvements — especially in service and dining — it could offer a much better experience.
"UNFORGETTABLE STAY 🤍"
Not leaving a review would feel ungrateful after such an unforgettable stay. I spent 11 days at this wonderful family hotel, and everything was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean — both in the rooms and all common areas. What really sets this place apart is the immense kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the general manager to the restaurant team, bartenders, and especially the animators, everyone made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Amina and Zuko for their incredible energy, availability, and attention throughout our stay. We chose the all-inclusive package, and it was absolutely worth it: unlimited access to everything and a cuisine that was not only delicious but also varied. The spa is fantastic, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better — close to everything, making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely return to this hotel. It’s rare to find a place that feels this perfect in every way. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
"Beautiful Antalya"
We stayed for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with delicious food, kind employees who always had a smile on their faces, and great entertainment. A special mention to the animations team, especially Shirin, whose high energy kept everyone engaged and happy. You truly made our stay memorable! Also, a heartfelt thanks to Halla from Guest Relations for her kindness and support. This trip gave us exactly what we needed — happiness and relaxation. 😊 We’re so grateful to all the staff for making our time so enjoyable!
"Best deal for family vacation"
We had a wonderful family vacation at Sealife Family Resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options throughout the day. With snacks available 24 hours and poolside treats, it was so convenient for the whole family to grab a bite anytime. A special thanks to Fatma Alzahra in the restaurant for her warm and attentive service — she really made us feel welcomed. The entertainment team was outstanding! Their energy and enthusiasm kept both kids and adults entertained all day. The evening shows were a highlight, and we looked forward to them every night. A big thank-you also goes to Hala at the information desk for her kindness and helpfulness whenever we needed assistance. The best part? The stunning beach! Easily accessed through a safe tunnel, the crystal-clear water and breathtaking mountain views made every moment spent there unforgettable. This resort offers fantastic value for families, and we’re already looking forward to returning for another memorable stay!
"Clogged pipes frome bathroom and rooms smell bad"
We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. The rooms had a bad smell, and the bathroom pipes were clogged, which made our stay uncomfortable. The food was also a letdown—there wasn’t much variety, and the quality was not what we expected. The staff at the mini club were rude, and the facilities there were limited to just chairs and drawing papers, offering nothing engaging for the children. The mini disco was exactly the same every single night, which quickly became boring. Honestly, there are much better hotels in the area, and we wouldn’t recommend staying here.
"Fantastic days."
The hotel was excellent overall—the food was great, and the location was almost perfect, being so close to both the beach and the town. The staff were truly amazing, especially Zuko from the entertainment team. She was incredibly genuine and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
