"Always up to it"
Everything was perfect, just as we expected! The table was lovely, and both the service and cuisine lived up to the restaurant’s outstanding reputation. Even during a professional lunch, it felt like a true moment of relaxation. It is always a pleasure to visit this prestigious establishment.
"Superb property"
A superb hotel featuring exceptionally gracious and helpful staff. The location, close to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, is ideal. The hotel’s formal style is complemented by beautiful floral arrangements and elegant decor throughout, creating a truly charming atmosphere.
"A lovely stay but read the fine print"
The hotel is very beautiful and conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower. We were celebrating our 44th anniversary and purchased the “Love Package,” which included lovely rose petals on the bed and in the bath, an exquisite rose bouquet, fresh fruit, dessert, and chocolates. However, instead of the promised champagne, we received a cheap bottle of red wine. The room was lovely, but we had to repeatedly ask for water, which was charged extra—surprisingly tacky for a fine hotel. Additionally, the website was misleading regarding the views; our room 503, sold as a “room with a view,” had a balcony overlooking the street, not the Eiffel Tower. An upgrade was available, but it cost an additional 1,000. We also discovered the rooftop bar advertised on the website is no longer available. That said, we dined on the terrace on our last night, which was lovely and offered a partial view of the Tower. The staff were excellent, and the food was outstanding—truly the highlights of our stay.
"Dinner with the Eiffel Tower"
I had an amazing dinner outdoors with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Having visited Paris many times, I can say this dinner was truly exceptional. I arrived early to enjoy a drink at the bar, where Nicolas was an outstanding bartender. The dinner theme, “Summer with Lacoste,” was delightful, and the perfect weather made dining outside even more enjoyable. My server, Martina, was very attentive, and Malcom went above and beyond to enhance the experience. I would highly recommend this unforgettable dining experience.
"So so but overall beautiful hotel"
The hotel itself is stunning and exudes luxury. We stayed in a small suite with a direct Eiffel Tower view and balcony, and the view during our in-room breakfast was truly unforgettable. However, the room fell short of expectations for a $4,000/night stay. It felt a bit musty, one of the lamps had a broken handle, we had to call to have a bulb replaced, the lighting was dim, and the bathtub base didn’t feel clean enough for comfort. The bathroom was extremely small, and basic amenities were not readily provided, which seemed surprising for a higher-end room. Despite these issues, I’m still giving it four stars because the staff we interacted with were excellent, and the reception and lobby areas are beautiful, capturing the full Parisian vibe.
"20 years of exceptional marriage"
My wife and I stayed at Shangri-La Paris for our 20th wedding anniversary, and the entire team went above and beyond with their professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. They made our stay truly unforgettable. Bravo and thank you to everyone!
"Beautiful view"
We spent a weekend in Paris at this beautiful Inn with my fiancée. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The pillows are soft, the decoration very French, classic, exquisite. Bauhinia cuisine is delicious, but I was hungry at the end of the meal, it's really diet, fusion style cuisine. Pension is a fashionable "meet point" for business or afterwork lunches, there was atmosphere in the evening at the bar.

The welcoming at the hotel was very chic, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the attentive services, and I especially enjoyed the thoughtful touches with their food towels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. From the warm welcome upon arrival, the staff immediately put me at ease. The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and tasty, offering a great start to the day. The location is ideal, close to transport and numerous restaurants. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing and tidy stay.
