"Poor Service and Restrictive Policies"
They don’t allow motorbikes on the property. I was visiting a friend who stayed here and couldn’t even pick her up—having to wait 10 minutes away while cars were allowed. This policy felt unreasonable and shows poor service. I would not recommend staying here.
"Great Rooms and Location, But Taxi Service Lacking"
The staff didn’t make any effort to grab metered taxis, unlike other hotels like the Mandarin where this service is standard. Aside from that, the location is excellent and the rooms are great.

Higher-end rooms are good but could be improved, while cheaper rooms are mediocre. The free mini bar is a nice touch, though not top quality. Reception service could be more tactful; I experienced two very different attitudes during two stays in the same week. Overall, the hotel still has some way to go compared to top 5-star hotels in Bangkok.
"Overpriced Wi-Fi with Hidden Charges"
High-speed Wi-Fi is not included and only the standard password is provided at check-in. It’s easy to accidentally select the paid option, which is overpriced.
"Disappointing Kids’ Club and Childcare Services"
I was very dissatisfied with the kids’ club, which I considered the most important aspect. The staff only monitored attendance, providing no on-site childcare or activities, making it hard to trust them with children. Even the nanny service providers were inattentive, often on their phones instead of supervising the kids, even at the pool. I will not use this service again.

Although it came at the end, the room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The hotel’s location is also very convenient.

This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in—our whole family loved it! The staff were attentive and welcoming, the interior stunning, and the swimming pool a highlight for everyone. Breakfast was exceptional, with incredible variety and taste. Housekeeping was meticulous, keeping our room spotless every day. We would return in a heartbeat!
