I can’t say enough about my two weeks of lavish hospitality at the Singer Palace Hotel! Traveling alone as a widow, I was treated with exceptional care from long before my arrival until the moment I left. The staff arranged airport transfers, ensured beautiful flowers and snacks were in my room, assisted with taxis, and even helped when my debit card had issues. They provided large umbrellas on wet days, expertly managed my wardrobe through their laundry service, and handled packages with care. From in-room meals to dining in the restaurant or bar, every detail was thoughtfully attended to. This charming boutique hotel truly became my Roman home.
"Beautiful centrally located hotel with great air conditioning, but also very expensive"
This hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Rome, making it easy to walk to major attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond from our arrival—greeted at the taxi by the manager and bell boy, taken to the rooftop for welcome drinks, and our room was ready by noon. Thoughtful touches, like having our bags already arranged on luggage racks and special amenities for our child, really stood out. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with strong, adjustable air conditioning perfect for Rome’s summer. Breakfast was beautifully presented, made to order, and served efficiently even for early departures. The staff consistently offered warm smiles, chocolates, and personalized attention, making every visit to the hotel a pleasant experience. However, we rated it below five stars for two main reasons. First, the price—€1,600 per night for a suite—felt steep given the lack of additional amenities like a gym, sauna, pool, or included transfers. Second, there was a frustrating issue with our port transfer: despite requesting a time change, it wasn’t updated, and we were charged over €100 in late fees on top of the €370 transfer, which felt unfair given the premium we were already paying. Overall, the hotel excels in service, comfort, and location, but the high cost and limited amenities should be considered when booking.

A beautiful hotel with a warm and hospitable welcome. Our room was small but wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. The staff were incredible—friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic at every turn. A true highlight is the rooftop bar and restaurant, which serves stunning breakfasts with amazing views. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Located in the heart of Rome, this hotel impresses with its beautiful design, especially the grand central staircase. The rooms are a bit small, as is common in major cities, but remain comfortable and well-appointed. The staff is very courteous, making guests feel welcome, and the breakfast is excellent—particularly the perfectly cooked eggs and the divine carbonara.
