"Never Again – Total Chaos at Boarding"
Our experience with this airline was a complete disaster. They somehow managed to issue incorrect boarding passes for all passengers, leading to absolute chaos at the gate. In the end, they abandoned assigned seating altogether and announced an “open seat” policy—essentially a free-for-all where every man and woman was left to fend for themselves. The lack of organization and professionalism was shocking. This is not how air travel should be handled. I won’t be flying with them again.

Endless delays with absolutely no compensation or concern for the passengers. The lack of communication and customer care was unacceptable. Save yourself the stress—fly with someone else.
"The Worst Airline Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!"
This airline constantly changes your flight—three or four times—without warning or consideration. When my travel companions canceled, I was told my ticket couldn’t be refunded, even though we booked together. Customer service is nonexistent: they don’t answer the phone, hang up on you, and no one ever seems to know anything. I’d give it 0 out of 5 stars if I could. HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!
"Terrible Customer Service and Unprofessional Process"
The customer service is absolutely horrible. Their website doesn’t allow you to manage your reservation—you’re forced to use a chat system and send money via Zelle. What kind of system is that? It’s all incredibly unprofessional. From the start, everything felt disorganized. Flights seem to be handled by third-party agencies, which I don’t trust. I prefer to manage my bookings directly with the airline, not through intermediaries. This is not how a reliable airline should operate.
