"Disastrous Bus Experience from Bangkok to Phuket"

My trip with this company from Bangkok to Phuket was extremely disappointing, and I strongly recommend flying instead. I purchased a round-trip ticket, but the bus was far from comfortable. The reclining seat barely worked, and the automatic massage function was irritating rather than relaxing. The monitor in front of me was broken and useless. On the return journey, being seated at the back was unbearable due to a terrible smell coming from a container under the seat that appeared to hold urine. The staff seemed careless, and the tall, thin tour conductor’s attitude was unpleasant. Overall, the experience was chaotic, unhygienic, and poorly managed—I will never use this service again.

"Mixed Experience on BKK-Hua Hin Route"

My first trip from Bangkok to Hua Hin via Sai Tai Mai (Southern Bus Terminal at SC Plaza Shopping Mall) was smooth and pleasant. However, the return journey was less satisfactory. The bus stopped about 4 km away from SC Plaza at what seemed to be the “real” bus stop. The driver only spoke Thai, and the stop felt random and confusing. I was the only passenger getting off there, so I had to quickly gather all my belongings, which felt rushed and stressful. Another minor issue was an unexpected 100 baht charge for “insurance” added to my bill. Not a major problem, but it left me feeling a little cheated. Overall, a mixed experience.

"Horrible Experience on “Super Luxury” Bus"

I took the VIP 20 “super luxury” bus, and it was a nightmare. The bus smelled of cannabis, had cockroaches, and the toilets were dirty and foul-smelling. The staff were unpleasant, even waking passengers by pushing them. There was barely any legroom to rest, and the 13-hour trip had no scheduled breaks. I can’t even imagine how bad the VIP 30 or classic buses must be. If possible, it’s much better to book a plane in advance.

"Convenient Transfer to Koh Tao"

The service efficiently handled our transfer to the island of Koh Tao, making the journey smooth and hassle-free.

"Misleading “Bus Station” – Just an Agent Office"

This location is not a bus station but merely an agent office. Even if you buy your ticket here, you still have to go to the actual bus terminal, which is located far away from this office. It’s misleading and inconvenient for travelers expecting a proper boarding point.

"Reliable and Convenient Bus Service to Chiang Mai"

I have used this bus ticket service to Chiang Mai before, and my experience was very good. The process was smooth, and the service was reliable, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

"Absolutely Terrible Bus Service – Avoid at All Costs"

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The driver failed to stop at the correct location, forcing me to detour to another city. On top of that, the bus reeked of urine, making the ride unbearable. The service was completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely.
