"Early Morning Frustration at Taichung THSR Station"

I arrived at Taichung THSR Station at 5:30 AM, only to find the doors locked. They finally opened at 5:40 AM, but all the shops were still closed. I was hoping to grab a coffee and a snack before departing for Taiyuan, which made the early wait a bit frustrating.

"Business Class Seating Confusion"

"HSR Staff Could Be More Supportive for Parents"

I feel the HSR staff could be more helpful and friendly to moms traveling with babies. When I travel with my little one, I often have to ask other passengers for help to store the baby pram in the luggage area, as the staff are usually too busy. They also rarely offer assistance when I need to scan my tickets at the gate, which can be quite stressful.
