"Frustration with Traffic Behavior"

Your company’s bus was blocking the left lane, which is meant for passing, just to go straight through the red light. If the bus needed to go straight, why stay in the left lane and inconvenience others? This kind of inconsiderate driving forces people with real business and urgent schedules to wait unnecessarily. Such behavior comes across as rude and disrespectful to other road users.

"Need for More Attention When Picking Up Passengers"

I almost missed the bus even though I was running to catch it. Someone at the stop tried to signal for the driver to wait, but no attention was given, even though I could clearly be seen through the glass. Please pay more attention to passengers trying to board. On a positive note, I’d like to commend the conductor on line 75, bus 16-5861, who was polite and provided excellent service.

"Decline in Service Quality on Bus 97"

At first, the staff on the 97 bus were polite, but lately most of them have become quite rude. Only one new employee remains courteous. I used to regularly sit in front of Mido, and the difference in service over time has been very noticeable.
