"Cambodia Holiday April 2025"
For a hotel rated four and a half stars, the breakfast was truly disappointing. I stayed for four mornings, and the offerings were consistently the same. Eggs are ordered à la carte, and while my fried eggs were fine, the rest of the plate was shockingly small: two paper-thin slices of bacon, a tiny tomato barely needing to be cut, a hash brown no larger than a bite, a sausage only about 5 cm long, and a mushroom reduced to just the stalk cut in half. I even placed my fork on the plate for scale in a photo—it says it all. While dinner in the dining room was decent, earning a fair rating, breakfast fell far short. For a hotel of this standard, I would struggle to give breakfast more than a 2 out of 5. The hotel definitely needs to raise its game in this area.

This small restaurant, located just behind the check-in desks at Park Hyatt Siem Reap, has a pleasant ambiance and serves decent food. However, the prices are on the higher side compared to what you might find elsewhere in town.
"Pleasant but not the wow factor I was expecting"
The restaurant offers beautiful surroundings and excellent service, making for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the food itself was a bit plain, and while the Apsara dance performance was enjoyable, it wasn’t as refined or sophisticated as others we’ve seen.
"Delightful"
We stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Cambodia for three nights and enjoyed breakfast here daily, along with one supper. The restaurant offers a beautiful and serene courtyard ambiance, a calm oasis just steps away from the bustling street. The food and service were both very good, and during our dinner we were pleasantly surprised by a traditional Cambodian dance performance, which added something truly special to the evening. Overall, a delightful dining experience in a perfect setting.
"Great Ambience, Efficient and Friendly Staff."
During our stay at Park Hyatt, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet—the local beef noodle soup, dim sum, smoked salmon, and juice bar were all excellent. However, the seafood platter we had for dinner was a bit disappointing and didn’t feel worth the price. On the brighter side, the traditional Khmer cultural show was a wonderful touch, and the ambiance of the restaurant was truly lovely. The staff were efficient, friendly, and very helpful, making the overall experience pleasant despite the dinner letdown.
"Decent breakfast buffet"
I didn’t get the chance to try lunch or dinner here, but I had breakfast twice during my stay at the Park Hyatt and it was a pleasant experience. The setup combines a limited buffet with fresh fruits, bakery items, eggs, juice, and cereals, along with a separate menu from which diners can order freshly prepared dishes. Multiple items can be ordered, which is a nice touch. I tried the French toast, omelettes, and pancakes—all of which were very good. The French toast, served with strawberry preserve and maple syrup, was especially enjoyable.
"Great dinner with tehf amily, listening to the local music"
We had a very relaxing day enjoying excellent local dishes with a creative twist. The addition of live local music was a wonderful surprise, and the show made the experience even more special. While it’s not the cheapest option in Siem Reap, it’s definitely worth trying for the quality, atmosphere, and cultural touch.

"Lovely dinner"
We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel, with good food and a charming ambiance. The cultural dance shows, held several times a week, added a special touch and made the evening memorable. It felt much better than going to the more touristy restaurants that offer a similar experience.

Our time at Park Hyatt Siem Reap was truly magnificent, made even more memorable by the excellent service from Vannak and PP. The flavors, atmosphere, and overall feeling were absolutely extraordinary. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.
