"Nice hotel"

This is a really cute hotel in a nice location, with stylish décor and a good breakfast. The staff are very friendly, and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The bed is on the firmer side. My main issue was the thin walls—we could easily hear others walking and doors closing—but otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

"Perfect City break hotel"

This is the best city break hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The rooms were perfectly sized, and the bathroom was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent—within walking distance of most key sights (except the Vatican, but close to Termini station). Breakfast was perfect, with a wonderful selection of fruits and homemade cakes made in-house. Definitely a boutique gem!

"Relaxing and Enjoyable time at the Fifteen Keys"

Fifteen Keys is ideally situated—just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, and 10 minutes from Termini, Repubblica, and Colosseo Metro stations. The breakfast is excellent and caters to all tastes. Our rooms were spotless, and the friendly staff are available 24/7 to handle any request. We wouldn’t hesitate to book our next stay in Rome here.

"Hotel’s favourite review An amazing and beautifully stylish boutique hotel with where every member of staff was incredibly welcoming."

We booked this hotel based on its great reviews, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 15, the master grey room with a lounge area, beautifully decorated and furnished, as is the entire hotel, including a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, featuring homemade granola, fresh fruit, great eggs, a smoothie of the day, and a detox shot. Afternoon tea was a delightful ritual, and the cocktails—especially the gin mule and another gin-based cocktail with honey—were some of the best I’ve ever had, beautifully presented. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to most attractions, though we used Uber for the Vatican. Thoughtful touches like restaurant recommendations and a breakfast card suggesting things to do added charm and convenience. This hotel made celebrating my wife’s birthday truly memorable, and I would highly recommend it.

"Lovely Hotel"

The Fifteen Keys Hotel was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend it to family or friends visiting Rome. We spent three nights here and found the staff friendly both at the front desk and during breakfast service. Our classic room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and about 20 minutes to the Trevi Fountain.

"The Key to a Super Hotel"

My time at this lovely hotel was a real treat. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom products were of excellent quality. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with many healthy options to choose from. My only regret is that my stay was just one night—I wish it had been longer!

"Small but perfectly formed!"

This lovely little hotel is situated in a great, authentic area of Rome, just off the main tourist areas, giving it a very local, Italian feel. The route to major sights like the Colosseum and Forum is lined with small boutiques, curio shops, cafés, and tavernas, making it a delightful stroll. The hotel itself feels homely and welcoming. The breakfast area is relaxed and sociable, with thoughtful touches such as specialty chiffon cake, smoothies, homemade muesli, and health drinks—a real treat! All staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We particularly loved the blue bedroom, beautifully styled, though the dressing area was extremely dark and the dressing table unusable due to lack of lighting—easily remedied with a light over the mirror. Being in an urban district, the hotel benefits from nearby shops, including a hairdresser, convenience store, and beauticians, where I enjoyed a massage and manicure—a perfect start to the weekend.

"An Unforgettable Stay at The Fifteen Keys Hotel"

We had the pleasure of staying at The Fifteen Keys Hotel during our visit to Italy in October, and it was truly unforgettable. We stayed in two different rooms—one at the beginning of our trip and another upon returning to Rome for our flight home—both beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail was exquisite, from the warm and attentive service to the delicious breakfast buffet and lovely afternoon tea. The hotel’s charming courtyard provided a peaceful escape in the heart of the city, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly, assisting with taxis, dinner reservations, airport transfers, and even opening breakfast early to accommodate our flight. The calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated atmosphere made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to return to this little gem—it truly made our trip to Rome unforgettable.

"Lovely staff"

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend just before the UK-Italy quarantine restrictions. Our arrival was challenging—after a three-hour queue for a swab test at the airport, we were delayed another 20 minutes at the hotel due to a film shoot on the road. Once inside, the staff were charming and immediately brought us each a beer and some snacks to help us unwind. Throughout our stay, they were consistently friendly, helpful, and polite. The bathroom was lovely, and breakfast was excellent. A few small improvements would make this a five-star experience: no bathrobes were provided, and the iron had to be requested from reception, while the lift is quite noisy and sounds can carry into the rooms. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a low-key, charming place to stay in Rome.

"A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Rome"

It took me a while to find a luxe hotel in Rome that didn’t come with an over-the-top price tag, and I’m so glad I discovered The Fifteen Keys Hotel. This boutique property is perfectly located—central, convenient, and ideal for a short stay—and it exceeded all of my expectations. We stayed in the Deluxe Blue Room, our favorite hotel room of the entire trip. It was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches, from plush robes to high-end amenities. The communal spaces downstairs were cozy yet elegant, including the bathrooms. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the perfect start to the day. We especially appreciated that the staff would deliver drinks from the bar to enjoy in the lounge or in our room—a small detail that made the experience feel personal and special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or arrangements. If I return to Rome, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again—an absolute gem!
