"As a coffee/bar very good, both in terms of price and quality"

Although I didn’t stay at the property, I enjoyed coffee here almost every morning during my visit. It’s a nice spot with good prices, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and in a great mood, making excellent coffee. The croissants in the morning are delicious, and the evening drinks are also enjoyable. Highly recommended!

"Perfect Location for a few days in Rome."

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Rome—just a three-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, ten minutes to the Spanish Steps, and fifteen minutes to Trastevere. We walked everywhere except the Vatican, where we opted for a taxi to save time after a full day of tours. The room was larger than expected for Europe and very comfortable. The staff were incredible—friendly, helpful, and accommodating in every way. The included breakfast was more extensive than a typical continental offering, though our early tour schedule limited our enjoyment of it. Overall, an excellent stay with no complaints, and we would happily return.

"Perfect location"

We stayed at this hotel for one night before a cruise and were very pleased with our choice. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient. Our room was modern and well-equipped, with electronic controls for windows, drapes, and room ambiance. The location is excellent—just two blocks from the Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of the Pantheon and Spanish Steps. The nearby laneway offered charming boutiques, bars, and restaurants, perfect for a drink and people-watching. Breakfast the next morning was good, with freshly cooked eggs and a satisfying variety. We would happily book this hotel again on a future visit to Rome.

"Great place"

We stayed here for three nights with breakfast and were very pleased. Our room on the fourth floor at the front was spacious, modern, and quiet despite being near the street. The bed was comfortable, and the mini fridge items were affordably priced at €1 each. The bathroom had thoughtful extras like a toothbrush, comb, shower cap, razor, and toothpaste. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is close to all the main attractions, making it a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

"Excellent location and staff"

We stayed here for three nights on our first trip to Rome. The location is excellent for exploring all the major tourist spots. Our room was cleaned daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful, even arranging taxis when needed. We did not recommend the breakfast and preferred eating out instead. One security concern was that the door to our room required a strong pull to lock, and on one occasion it was left open after housekeeping, though fortunately nothing was taken. At times, taxis were hard to find, so we used electric scooters to get around. For future travelers, we recommend booking tours in advance and opting for guided experiences when possible. Start activities early in the morning to avoid the heat, wear comfortable shoes, and be prepared to walk 15–20 thousand steps a day.

"THE ONE boutique and spa hotel"

The room was pleasant, and the staff genuinely cared about our well-being throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated being able to leave our suitcases at the hotel on our last day. A comfortable and convenient option in Rome.

"Perfect location and service"

This hotel is ideally located, just steps from a subway station and close to Spagna Square. The reception service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always in a great mood. Although I can’t remember the receptionist’s name, their help made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

"Walking distance to Everything Rome"

If you’re seeking a clean and comfortable hotel near Rome’s major attractions, this is an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our five-day stay. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and everyone was quick to assist with any request. The hotel is just steps from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps, and within walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum, and Borghese. The only minor downside is typical street noise—but that’s part of the Rome experience!

"On top!"

Central hotel for all visits. The rooms are modern and friendly. The breakfast is good. Nice surprise the spa, with extra charge but it is private and very good for a deserved rest after a day of visit. Special mention to all the staff at the front desk, those who clean, those breakfast! The staff is fantastic, very friendly, they answer all your questions to help you have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.
