I especially loved the antique décor throughout the hotel—every corner, including the rooms, felt like stepping into a museum. Special thanks to butler Khun Gawn for his thoughtful daily arrangements and excellent suggestions. 🙏🫶🏼 I also deeply appreciate the Chon Thai Restaurant team for preparing a surprise birthday cake during dinner—it was such a delightful gesture. 🎂 Overall, this was a top-level experience that created wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel! 💯
"A Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of Bangkok"
I stayed at The Siam in March and must commend this gem for its exceptional luxury amidst the bustling city. Nick, the General Manager, and his team provided flawless service and attention to detail throughout my stay. The beautifully appointed grounds, filled with cultural and historical artifacts, reflect a clear focus on guest experience. My room was exquisite, offering stunning Chao Phraya views, a luxurious shower and bath, a supremely comfortable bed, and an elegant ambiance. Breakfast and dinner at all venues were fabulous. From Nick’s warm greeting at arrival to his pre-dawn farewell, I felt expertly cared for. I will definitely return and highly recommend this unique and memorable hotel.

The property is stunning, filled with unique collectibles and quality materials, but the restaurant falls far short of expectations. Despite the lovely receptionist, the overall atmosphere was lacking. A real disappointment given the potential.

The Siam Bangkok is a stunning property with exceptional service, a peaceful atmosphere, and a unique private boat service. It feels wonderfully exclusive, almost like having the place to yourself. However, the lack of turndown service, no buffet breakfast, and small details like light from ceiling windows make it fall slightly short for the price point. Still, it’s a beautiful and luxurious escape in Bangkok.

The Siam Bangkok is an absolutely breathtaking property, offering an unmatched sense of privacy and tranquility. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional—highlighted by the warm welcome from the general manager at check-in. The staff are outstanding, always attentive, approachable, and genuinely thoughtful. A standout feature is the hotel’s private boat service, which makes navigating Bangkok both seamless and memorable. The atmosphere is serene and exclusive—you often feel as though you have the property to yourself, which is a rare luxury in such a vibrant city. That said, a few details fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber and price point. The absence of an evening turndown service was surprising, and while breakfast is delicious, it’s only offered à la carte; a buffet option would add flexibility. Unlike many competitors, complimentary prosecco at breakfast was not included and instead available only as an extra purchase. In our room, the ceiling window let in too much light in the morning, which could be bothersome for guests who prefer darker sleeping conditions. Despite these minor drawbacks, The Siam remains an exceptional retreat. The exclusivity, world-class service, and peaceful setting make it a unique escape in Bangkok. However, given the premium rates, these oversights make it feel slightly overpriced compared to similar luxury properties. Still, for those seeking true privacy and refined elegance, The Siam is hard to beat.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this beautiful hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The design and décor are outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail, and the staff were truly wonderful—from check-in to our personal butler M and the attentive restaurant team. The complimentary boat service into the city was a fun and convenient perk, and the hotel’s guide to local restaurants and attractions made our trip even more memorable. A truly relaxing and unforgettable experience—thank you!

Guest service at its best! Thanks to Nick Downing and his team for making my stays so memorable. I’ve stayed here multiple times in this beautiful oasis amidst the vibrant city of Bangkok. The hotel’s riverside location and gorgeous rooms are remarkable, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service from the entire staff. We also enjoyed visiting for lunch and the fantastic brunch with live jazz in the courtyard—perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Can’t wait to return!
