"Good Hotel, Avoid Street-Facing Rooms"
Nice hotel with helpful staff, decent breakfast, and a prime location near shops, restaurants, and sights. Rooms are clean and spacious, but street-facing rooms are extremely noisy with traffic and honking. WiFi in rooms is slow, though better in the lobby. Roof deck offers nice views of Misti and Cathedral spires. Front desk was responsive and offered a quieter room when the noise was mentioned.

The hotel has a great location, pleasant staff, and decent breakfast. However, our street-facing room was extremely noisy, and the alternative courtyard room we requested had no windows and a bathroom that constantly smelled of sewage. I would only stay here again if guaranteed a courtyard-facing room—and even then, I might choose elsewhere.

Fantastic location with very friendly staff—Estefany was exceptional. Ideal for families and couples. Some rooms face a busy street, causing weekend noise, but the proximity to attractions makes up for it. We’ll definitely return.

A wonderful hotel with Tierra Viva—excellent location, attentive staff, clean and well-appointed rooms, and a great breakfast. We arrived at 5 a.m. via Peru Hop, and the team went out of their way to provide breakfast and an early check-in. Felt right at home and can’t wait to return!

This hotel was excellent—well-appointed rooms, very friendly and attentive staff, and affordable pricing. Special mention to Juan at the front desk, an outstanding host. Would definitely stay again!
"Very Disappointing Stay"
Terrible experience. Beds were poorly made with no blankets provided. Food was overpriced, low quality, and insufficient for the price charged. Overall, not worth it.
"Great Staff, But Room Disappointing"
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the hotel restaurant offered tasty dishes at reasonable prices. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, our room was dark and oppressive, facing only air vents with no natural light or ventilation. The bathroom lacked a window and retained a musty smell. Other rooms seemed much brighter, so being assigned this one negatively affected our stay.

Overall, one of the best hotels in Arequipa. Staff are professional, though I overheard a tense discussion between two employees.
