"Just a Basic Railway Station"

It’s simply a railway station — nothing more, nothing less. Functional for travel needs, but there’s nothing particularly special or noteworthy about it.

"Poor Service, No Security, and Mismanaged Infrastructure"

In addition to the terrible train frequency, there’s absolutely no security on either the trains or at the stations. The installation of electronic turnstiles only made things worse — they closed historic access points at stations like Florida West, making travel more complicated instead of more convenient. It’s a perfect reflection of the current sad state of affairs: 30,000 employees, yet such little actual service or efficiency.

"Safety Hazard Ignored Between Colegiales and Carranza Stations"

The photos were taken to help prevent a potential accident. Between Colegiales and Carranza stations, there’s a huge poplar tree with dangerously large branches. A nearby resident had to cut some of them himself because they were putting his home at risk, especially during strong winds. He tried calling the relevant phone numbers, but no one ever answered. Strange — and concerning — that such a serious safety issue is being ignored.

"Nice Renovation, But the Service Is Absolutely Terrible"

The recent train renovations look good, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing to mention. The service itself is terrible — trains are constantly canceled or delayed because of union disputes, leaving commuters completely helpless. When you ask for explanations, staff either refuse to respond, act with clear reluctance, or seem clueless about what’s happening. It’s incredibly frustrating. Honestly, if the service were privatized, it would probably be twice as efficient.

"Appalling Bathroom Conditions — Passengers Deserve Better"

The bathrooms are in an awful state of hygiene. There’s no toilet paper, no towels to dry your hands, and the hand dryers don’t work either. The smell is unbearable, the door latches are broken, and the coat hooks are missing — likely stolen. To make matters worse, the staff stationed at the restroom entrances often bother passengers instead of assisting them. This situation is completely unacceptable. I truly hope they address this soon — passengers deserve to travel with dignity and basic cleanliness.

"Disastrous Service, Filthy Trains, and Poor Management"

Lately, the train frequency has become a complete disaster. The app shows one schedule, but when you arrive, there are delays — or the train has already left. The freight cars are filthy, with a horrible stench, and the seats are disgustingly dirty. It’s true that some passengers don’t help, but it’s obvious these trains haven’t been properly cleaned since they were first installed. Security is practically nonexistent, and at most stations there’s only one exit, creating dangerous overcrowding when passengers try to get off. A truly unacceptable situation that needs urgent attention.

"Poor Management and Constant Delays"

They’re always blocking roads to “renew the tracks,” yet the service keeps getting worse. Delays happen constantly, and what’s most frustrating is the lack of proper communication — instead of announcing delays before departure, they only notify passengers ten minutes after the scheduled time. It’s unacceptable and shows complete disregard for passengers’ time. Stop treating travelers this way!
