"Relaxing and fantastic"
I loved the atmosphere at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the surroundings were simply wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

The service is excellent—staff are organized, helpful, and always ready with answers to any questions. The location is also fantastic, just steps away from the Riverside. The only downside is the black décor, which may not appeal to everyone. Overall, a well-run hotel in a prime spot.

I truly had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was compact yet stylish, offering a modern, chic vibe. I especially appreciated having a spa conveniently next door. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and popular tourist attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area.

The electricity had a few issues during my stay, such as the air conditioner not working at one point, but aside from that everything was very comfortable. The shower and towels were clean and easy to use, and the beds were nicely prepared. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well with no language barriers. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a small technical hiccup.

I loved the thoughtful touches during my stay, like the extra tissues and the bottled drinks. The elephant outside the hotel was a charming sight, and I really appreciated how well the room was kept clean.

Excellent service, great atmosphere, and top-tier facilities—truly one of the best four-star hotels in Cambodia. The breakfast was outstanding, and the gym was fully equipped. My only small regret is that the bed felt a bit too soft for my personal preference, as I usually prefer a firmer mattress with more support. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service and great hospitality. The location is convenient, and the facilities are impressive, including a relaxing spa, gym, swimming pool, and delicious meals. The staff, especially Cheata, were kind and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable. I loved the Muji-inspired simplicity—it added a calming and stylish touch to the experience. ☺️💕
"Clean, Modern, Good Location"
The hotel is in a great location, close to the riverside and within walking distance of many good restaurants, cafés, bars, and the night market. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was comfortable for two, and both the toilet and bathroom were a good size. I also appreciated having a bidet and the strong water pressure. The only drawback during my stay was the ongoing renovation. Although the front desk mentioned there would be no work on Sunday, drilling started before 9 AM, which made it hard to rest or stay in the room during the day. I would have appreciated being informed about the renovation at check-in and being placed in a room further from the noise.
