"Really good food"
The food here is excellent, with very reasonable prices and fantastic value. There’s a huge variety of dishes to choose from, including both local and western options, as well as plenty of healthy choices. A great spot for all tastes.

Avoid restaurants in Siem Reap that are filled with tourists—they tend to have high prices, bland food, and lack the authentic touch of real cooking. Unlike many local Khmer spots, they don’t even provide free tea or water. For a genuine experience, head to Chita’s Café on the way to Srah Srang—you’ll find much better value and flavor there.

The food was absolutely delicious, making it a memorable first experience for two of my sisters who had never been to Siem Reap before. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and truly enjoyable.
"I Don’t Understand The Ratings"
This place really isn’t worth the hype, and I can’t help but wonder what expectations people have when giving it 4 or 5 stars. To start, the setting is not enclosed—you’re essentially sitting in an open space, like being inside a garage with the door wide open. It makes me question how unbearably hot it might get in the summer, as air conditioning doesn’t seem practical with the entire front open to the street. As for the food, the menu is huge—pages of options ranging from Cambodian staples to pasta carbonara and chicken cordon bleu. While that may attract a wide range of customers, it’s usually a red flag for me. Unfortunately, the dishes matched my concern: bland and uninspired. The beef lok lak, for example, lacked flavor, and the meat was quite chewy. Yes, the prices are cheap, and you’ll leave full, but so would you at McDonald’s or Taco Bell—yet no one calls those five-star experiences. It feels odd to see a Cambodian restaurant rated highly for serving tourist-friendly dishes rather than excelling at its local cuisine. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and service was good. But overall, the food didn’t impress me, and I wouldn’t return.

A good restaurant offering tasty local dishes as well as some nice sandwiches for lunch. The staff are courteous, service is quick, and the atmosphere is beautiful, with the added charm of dining on the second-level terrace.

I decided to try this restaurant after seeing the positive TripAdvisor reviews. It’s conveniently located close to downtown, and I ordered the amok, which was quite tasty. The staff were lovely and made the experience pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my meal here, but it wasn’t particularly memorable or outstanding.

This restaurant offers great food at very affordable prices in a clean and welcoming setting. The staff are friendly, service is fast, and the dishes are excellent. To top it off, the beer is ice-cold and costs less than $1. A fantastic spot that’s both budget-friendly and enjoyable!
"Good place to stay in SR to eat"
This is a nice, family-style restaurant with good food and a pleasant local ambiance. However, there are two areas that could be improved: the menu could use an update, and the boys at the entrance should be more welcoming. In a restaurant, greeting guests with friendliness makes a big difference.

My daughter and I dined here twice, and the dishes were excellent both times. The food is MSG-free, with vegan options available, making it a great choice for different diets. It’s also very affordable—definitely worth trying!
