"Mr"
My experience with Tunisair was extremely disappointing. They damaged my luggage and are consistently late. Changing my ticket cost more than the original fare — even though the flight was nearly empty, they still overcharged me just to change the date. I found their service unhelpful and frustrating. The phone numbers listed on their website never work, and if you book online, the airport desk refuses to assist you, telling you to handle everything online. The service in London was noticeably better than in Tunis — I had to contact the London office just to get proper support. Despite having a fidelity card with points to use, they still made me pay for luggage. It feels like they are just out to take your money. Overall, a terrible experience.
"Terrible"
I do not recommend this airline at all. Flights are consistently delayed, with schedules changing repeatedly and no compensation offered for the inconvenience. The airport is poorly organized, with constant last-minute changes to gates and doors without any prior notice. Passengers are left waiting in disorganized lines that often lead nowhere. Overall, a frustrating and chaotic experience — avoid this airline under any circumstances.
"Everything was fine."
The flight was on time, and my baggage arrived without any issues. It was a quiet flight, and the food was decent. The planes are a bit old and could really benefit from a thorough cleaning, but overall, it was a smooth experience.

Our flight was delayed by four hours, and not a single staff member took responsibility or offered clear information. Passengers were left confused and ignored. The officials on site were aggressive and kept sending people back and forth between different gates — none of which had any real answers. It felt like being bounced around like ping pong balls in total chaos. Completely unacceptable service.
"Reasonable price"
From my point of view, Tunisair should work on improving staff training, especially in customer service. Baggage handling is very slow and often causes delays. The cabin crew also seemed exhausted, possibly due to being understaffed. It feels like they are doing the best they can with minimal support.
"Flight from hell"
I usually have good experiences with Tunisair, but this flight was disappointing. There was a delay, and we weren't informed about it for quite some time—we were just left sitting there with no explanation. Once we finally boarded, the meal served was the worst I’ve ever had—truly inedible. Unfortunately, I was seated next to a family with completely unruly children. One child refused to wear a seatbelt and was running in the aisle during the beverage service. I'm still not sure how no one got hurt, especially with hot drinks being served. The cabin crew did their best to manage the situation, but the parents had no control. If I’m traveling solo and without children, I believe there should be some consideration in seating arrangements. After this experience, I’m definitely not looking forward to my next flight.
"Should have taken notice of the universally dreadful reviews"
Although the aircraft ultimately arrived in Tunis on time, the flight was delayed by an hour and a half at departure. Boarding initially began as scheduled, but we were then asked to return to the departure lounge without explanation. Despite repeated inquiries from passengers, no information was provided, and the ground staff appeared completely disinterested. The in-flight meal was bland and seemingly poorly prepared — a few hours after landing, I suffered from severe food poisoning. I’ve filed a complaint with Tunisair but have yet to receive a response. Sadly, the many negative reviews of this airline seem to be well justified.
"Surprisingly good experience"
The flight was comfortable, the meals were acceptable, and the service was good. Overall, it was a much better experience than I expected.
"Unprofeional staff"
I was traveling from Nice to Montreal with a layover in Tunis, and I was wrongly accused of not matching my passport photo—an experience that felt like outright discrimination. The staff’s unprofessional behavior only made matters worse. On the long-haul flight, the in-seat entertainment screen was broken and there were no charging ports, which is completely unacceptable. This was one of my worst travel experiences. I will never fly Tunisair again and strongly advise you to avoid this airline.
"A Horror movie!"
In 20 years of traveling, I’ve never experienced anything as chaotic and unprofessional as this. Our flight was canceled and rescheduled three times within 24 hours — without any notice or explanation. On the second attempt, we were forced to pay an extra fee just to board, only to arrive at the airport and be told by a staff member that there was no plane at all. No communication, no reason — just silence. It became clear that the real issue was low ticket sales, not technical problems. Worse, they provide misleading flight information to stop people from following up. If you miss a connecting flight due to their cancellation, prepare for a battle — they’ll make it incredibly difficult to get rebooked unless you pay additional fees. The customer service team seems more focused on deflecting responsibility than helping passengers. Even if it's the cheapest flight available, don't risk it — the stress, inconvenience, and extra costs simply aren't worth it.
"Unreliable"
Tunisair is by far the most unreliable airline I’ve ever encountered. If you're planning a trip, do yourself a favor and avoid them entirely. Our flight was originally scheduled for 6:30 AM — it was delayed to 9:00 PM, then to 11:00 PM, and again until midnight. The plane finally arrived at 1:37 AM. As for customer service, it’s practically nonexistent. You can't reach anyone by phone, and to get assistance from Tunisair Express, you have to physically go to a hidden office in Charguia. An absolutely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
