"Excellent Medical Care, But Unexpected Post-Transplant Costs"

The medical staff was truly outstanding—extremely professional, polite, and kind throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived at the airport until my departure, everyone I encountered was attentive and supportive. The overall experience was smooth and reassuring. However, one downside was the unexpected cost of post-transplant medication for six months, which amounted to USD 1200. I later learned that the cost can vary depending on the area being transplanted and the patient's age, but it would have been helpful if this had been clearly communicated during the initial stages of the agreement.

"Satisfactory Dental Work, But Terrible Post-Treatment Communication"

The dental treatment I received at Turkeyana Clinic was decent, and the pricing was competitive. However, the post-treatment communication was extremely poor and frustrating. After the procedure, my Medical Consultant, Sami, completely stopped responding to my messages. Simple but important follow-ups like obtaining a doctor’s note, a receipt, or a dental warranty certificate became a nightmare. I had taken medical leave to travel to Turkey, and my employer withheld my paycheck because Sami failed to provide a doctor’s note in a timely manner. It was only after I repeatedly contacted him and escalated to customer service that he finally typed one up—far too late. The same struggle occurred when trying to obtain a receipt, and the warranty certificate promised for my crowns was inaccurate. Sami initially told me it covered 20 years, but the certificate states 10 years, which aligns with what my U.S. dentist says is standard. Despite his promise to correct it, I’ve heard nothing in four months. Customer service repeatedly claimed my case was escalated to the “Quality Department” and assured me it would be expedited, yet I received no resolution until after I posted this public review. Only then did someone from the Quality Department reach out. Based on this, I’ve updated my rating from one star to three. The clinic itself provides solid care, but be warned: once you leave, follow-up communication may be non-existent.

"Excellent Surgical Experience with Great Care and Results"

From the very beginning, our experience was outstanding. Both my husband and I underwent surgery—he had a facelift and blepharoplasty, while I had a tummy tuck with Lipo 360. Throughout the entire process, we were consistently well cared for. The medical team was attentive and professional, and I experienced no pain during recovery. So far, I’m very satisfied with the results and grateful for the high level of care we received.

"Disappointing Results and No Post-Procedure Support"

I had a hair transplant with this clinic about a year ago. During the procedure, the staff were kind, patient, and professional, which made the long process more manageable. However, the results after one year have been very disappointing—there are still noticeable hairless areas in the transplanted zone, which is not what was promised. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication afterward. Despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service via email and other channels, I received no response at all. They do provide a certificate stating that if the results are below 60%, they will redo the procedure free of charge (excluding non-operational fees), and if results fall between 60–70%, they will cover 50% of the cost. But with no replies or follow-up, these guarantees feel meaningless. It’s frustrating to be left with underwhelming results and no support. They might as well promise “200% results” since there seems to be no intention of honoring their commitments.

"Modern Clinic with Great Service – Some Room for Improvement"

I had 21 teeth replaced over three sessions—some with implants and others with bridges. Unfortunately, one implant fell out during the second session, which was disappointing. However, the issue was quickly addressed by placing a five-part bridge instead. The clinic itself is spacious, modern, and equipped with advanced technology. The medical team is clearly experienced, and there's even a senior expert who oversees complex cases. You’re assigned a personal consultant who checks in regularly and is very attentive and kind, which adds to the feeling of being well cared for. A clear treatment plan is proposed during the intake, and while everything stays within safe medical boundaries, there is also a noticeable push to upsell additional services—so I recommend taking your time before making any quick decisions. The VIP transfer service to and from the airport and hotel was excellent—punctual, smooth, and fully included. One area that could improve is the focus of the support staff during treatment. At times, their attention wavered due to conversations happening while procedures were being performed, which affected the overall sense of professionalism. Overall, I’m reasonably satisfied with the results so far. The fit still needs some refinement, which I expect will be addressed in the final session. For now, I’m giving 4 stars—possibly 5 if the fit is perfected.
