"Beautifully Landscaped Garden"
The garden is very well maintained and beautifully landscaped, offering a pleasant and visually appealing environment for visitors.
"Frustrating Lack of Contact"
I found it very frustrating that there was no phone available to make inquiries. Everything seemed to be in order, yet the inability to reach anyone for confirmation made the situation feel unnecessarily inconvenient and odd.
"Space Is Too Limited"
The area feels far too cramped, making it uncomfortable for anyone needing a bit more room.
"Disappointing Experience with UBTZ TÜKH"
I am extremely disappointed with UBTZ TÜKH, as it seems the organization shows little concern for the public. The trains are old and dirty, and the constant honking as they pass through neighborhoods creates a major disturbance for residents. Living on the 5th floor, it’s impossible to open windows due to the overwhelming noise. Other countries have measures like noise-reducing walls for trains passing through city centers, yet here in Mongolia, it feels like profit is prioritized over people’s comfort and well-being.
"Lack of Information and Poor Accessibility"
There are no information screens inside the station, and details aren’t available online either. The only way to get updates is by calling the 500 Tugrik hotline, which makes accessing information inconvenient and inefficient.
