I had my hair transplant done at Vera Clinic in Istanbul, and I’m genuinely happy with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and well-organized. They clearly explained the whole procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff speaks good English, which made communication easy and stress-free. The doctors and nurses were clearly experienced and took great care of me. The procedure went smoothly — it wasn’t painful, just a bit of expected discomfort. Now, a few months in, I can already see the positive results. My hairline looks natural and fuller, and I’m excited to see how it continues to improve. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Vera Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. It’s a great value for money and the team truly knows what they’re doing.

"Four Review – Honest Experience with Vera Clinic"

My experience with Vera Clinic was impressive even before arriving in Istanbul. From the start, their medical consultant Aysenur was incredibly responsive via text and call, helping me decide on the best treatment plan. Her support made the process smooth and reassuring. Upon arrival, the transportation team was excellent—handling everything from airport pickup to clinic transfers and return. The clinic itself is spacious, ultra-modern, and spotless, with even the restrooms being immaculate. During the in-person consultation, the treatment plan was revised, which made sense and felt appropriate. However, I must express a concern: the doctor’s initial markings for the hairline were rough and not symmetrical, and I was told this would be corrected during the actual transplant. Unfortunately, now on day four, I’ve started noticing that the final result still lacks symmetry—something I truly hope can be addressed in the future follow-ups. Aside from this, the staff, front desk team, and translators were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout—though there were some long wait times at the clinic. A pleasant surprise was being able to book a last-minute dental appointment, thanks again to Aysenur’s efficiency. Also, the post-op care team has been regularly following up with me through texts and photo check-ins, which I really appreciate. Overall, while I’ve had a mostly positive experience, I do have some concerns about the hairline symmetry. I’m staying hopeful and looking forward to seeing the full results unfold in the coming months.

"Disappointed by Unprofessional Conduct Despite Initial Promise"

I was exploring options for a second hair transplant and initially, Vera Clinic appeared to be a strong contender. Their overall approach seemed professional, and I was particularly intrigued by their Oxycure treatment, which sets them apart in marketing. However, after further research, I found that one or two sessions of the Oxycure chamber likely provide minimal benefit, which made the promotional emphasis feel a bit like pressure selling. While I can’t speak to the results of a procedure at Vera Clinic—as I did not go through with one—the experience I had with their representative, Mükremin, was ultimately the deciding factor in not booking. I tried to negotiate based on a shorter hotel stay and interest in Oxycure, but the responses I received were sarcastic and unprofessional, with messages being deleted afterward. It left a negative impression and raised concerns about professionalism and transparency. Even a week before my intended travel, Mükremin messaged to ask if I had booked, despite me never confirming. After I informed him I had chosen Hair of Istanbul, I received one final sarcastic message and was then blocked. My review is specifically about the poor customer experience and unprofessional behavior of one representative. Vera Clinic may offer great results for some, but their staff should reflect the level of service they advertise. Professional boundaries and respectful communication are key—especially in an industry built on trust.

"Highly Impressed – Excellent Experience from Start to Finish"

I am genuinely impressed with the quality of the clinic and the high level of professionalism shown throughout my experience. From the very beginning, Andrew was incredibly supportive, guiding me through every step of the pre-operation process—from my first contact with the clinic all the way to the day of the procedure. After the operation, Merve, my post-op consultant, has been amazing in providing ongoing support and making sure I feel informed and cared for during recovery. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment. The staff, the organization, and the standard of care have exceeded my expectations.
