"False advertised tour; just Taxi service"

I booked a tour with Mr. Singh based on a previous positive experience with his daughter as a guide. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arriving in Kochi, the driver was late and did not speak English, despite assurances to the contrary. I requested a detailed itinerary beforehand, but none was provided. During the trip, the driver only knew how to take me to hotels and had no knowledge of activities or sightseeing. When I contacted Mr. Singh for assistance, he did not take responsibility and instead blamed his associate, Mr. Gowher, adding confusion to an already frustrating situation. To make matters worse, he asked for additional payment. Essentially, I paid for a tour but received only a taxi service, which I could have booked for far less on my own. This was a complete waste of money, and I cannot recommend his services.

A personal highlight was celebrating Holi in Jaipur at Vijay and Siddarth’s family home, a gesture that reflected true Rajasthani hospitality. Our driver, Kamal, ensured every journey was safe and comfortable, giving us confidence on Rajasthan’s roads. In conclusion, Vijay India Tours provided a flawless, memorable adventure. Every aspect of our trip—from planning to execution—was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth. We highly recommend their services for anyone seeking a stress-free and immersive experience in India.
