"Great Service, But Disappointing Tasting Menu"

We opted for the tasting menu but, unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. While the service was absolutely impeccable—attentive and professional throughout—the dishes didn’t quite live up to the hype. Even the steak tartare, which we were particularly looking forward to, ended up being a major letdown. A bit disappointing overall, especially given the high hopes we had.

"An Emblem of Spanish Gastronomy – A Truly Special Experience"

One of the easiest reviews I’ve written! While it may not bring anything radically new, this restaurant is emblematic—not just in Madrid, but throughout Spain. The service was absolutely exquisite, and every dish reflected careful thought, high-quality ingredients, and genuine care. We visited for a special celebration, and the team made it feel even more memorable with their warm, thoughtful touches. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and heartfelt dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

"Paula Molinuevo"

Very attentive service. The delicious dishes. Average per person in a reserved room is around €90, quite good for the place it is. I had a great night, but I don't know why I have the feeling that it could have been more, and it was quite average.

"Pleasant Experience, But Not Memorable Enough to Return"

The food was fine, but nothing stood out as particularly memorable. What surprised me most was the low quality of the green tea—something unexpected in such a prestigious establishment. While the maître d' was kind enough to offer a jacket to meet the dress code (we arrived a bit informally), being asked for a contact number at the start of the meal felt a little awkward—perhaps a policy to secure payment. Overall, it was a pleasant evening, but I likely wouldn’t return. I tend to prefer more relaxed spots with bolder, more innovative cuisine.

"A Luxurious Dining Experience with a Price to Match"

This is a luxury restaurant in every sense—elegant atmosphere, exquisite service, and excellent food. The famous Sirloin Wellington truly stands out for its flavor and execution. The menu leans toward classic cuisine, featuring top-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Thoughtful touches like creamy butter and fresh crusty bread add to the experience. That said, the prices are definitely on the high end. If budget isn’t a concern, it’s a fantastic choice for a special night out.
