"Authentic Cambodian stay"

The hotel is set in a beautiful, quieter location outside the city, giving a true sense of Cambodia compared to some of the more generic luxury hotels in the area. The only downside was that the pool closes at 5 p.m.; we would have loved to relax there after a long day of touring.

"Beautiful and Tranquil but silence is broken by jet washing !"

A truly beautiful resort with incredible attention to detail and an extremely tranquil setting. The rooms and surroundings are stunning, offering a peaceful escape. However, our stay was disrupted when the hotel decided to jet-wash the paths during the day while we were relaxing at our private pool. At this level of property, such management decisions are unacceptable and disappointing.

"Memorable and spectacular experience"

Our stay at Zannier Phum Baitang was absolutely incredible—an unforgettable blend of luxury, authenticity, and genuine Cambodian warmth. Surrounded by tranquil rice paddies and stunning architecture, every detail reflected thoughtful care. The staff were exceptionally gracious, making us feel completely at home. This wasn’t just a getaway; it was a deeply memorable experience that lingers long after you leave.

"More like 4 stars than 5"

The hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in the region, thanks to its beautiful grounds and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff, who made our stay very pleasant. The pools are wonderfully warm, although the private pool in our villa was rather small. The beds were unfortunately very hard, which made it difficult for our whole family to sleep well. Breakfast offered only a limited selection, and poolside food was somewhat disappointing, though dinner at the main restaurant near reception was excellent. We were also surprised by the high prices of food and drinks—wine cost more than in Switzerland, and bottled water at $5 per bottle seemed excessive given local living costs. Overall, it was a very nice stay with first-class service and a fantastic hotel complex, despite some weaknesses in bed comfort and culinary offerings.

"An exceptional stay at a stunning property."

An exceptional stay at a beautiful property with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The location was very convenient for visiting the Angkor temples. Surrounded by rice fields and enjoying the sunset from the lodge, we had a truly relaxing and magical experience. Fully recommended for anyone seeking a memorable trip in Siem Reap.

"Lovely resort of high quality, but extremely pricey and located a bit far away from the centre of town"

This is a lovely, well-maintained resort in an idyllic location with some of the friendliest staff imaginable. The rooms are of very high standard, though the ones we stayed in (06 and 07) lacked any view, making the balcony feel underutilized. The pool is beautiful, especially the infinity pool overlooking the rice paddies, and the pool bar staff—especially Lin—were attentive and friendly. The restaurant serves very tasty food. However, there are a few drawbacks. The resort is quite far from central Siem Reap, which can make getting around slightly inconvenient. Prices throughout the resort are very high by Cambodian standards—Tuk-Tuks, meals, cocktails, and even bottled water ($5/liter) felt excessively expensive. While the resort clearly caters to a clientele that values exclusivity, we didn’t feel it offered strong value for money compared to other 5-star options in Siem Reap. Overall, we had a lovely time and don’t regret choosing the resort, but we wouldn’t highly recommend it to friends seeking convenient access to the city and temples. There are plenty of other luxury hotels in Siem Reap that are closer to attractions and offer better value.

"Magic !!!"

We had an amazing stay at this outstanding resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms are beautifully designed—simple yet complete with everything you need—quiet, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. Surrounded by lush greenery, the views are stunning, and rooms with a private pool are absolutely worth it. Having traveled extensively and stayed in many 5-star hotels, this easily ranks in my top 10. The resort is also conveniently close to Angkor. A must-stay hotel—experience it and share with your friends how wonderful Cambodia is; the country and its people truly deserve the tourism!

"A sublime decoration"

We spent six nights at this magnificent hotel, and the décor is absolutely sublime. We stayed in two villas with private swimming pools next to each other with our children, which was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and overall, we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

"If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place."

The entire complex is well-maintained and beautifully designed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well-located with a comfortable balcony. Breakfast and dinner offered a large selection of high-quality food. Evenings were quiet, as there were few other guests, making it a peaceful stay.
